Before starting the description of presumed dynamics of the fire, I would like, first, to evaluate the size, shape, and other details of some parts of the House of Unions. Also, I want to elaborate on the preliminary assessment of the quantity and quality of combustible substances and materials involved in the process of burning in the lobby and stairwell.
This phase and prolonged burning, as well as very big surfaces involved simultaneously in the combustion process, have created a high concentration of smoke, the steam of unburned substances and temperature, especially higher of these fire areas (on the 4th and 5th floors, where the biggest number of the corpses was found), for at least 40 minutes.
11. Delayed start of the fire extinguishing in the lobby of the House of Trade Unions by the service of MES had led to unpredictable and rapid walls inflammation on the central stairwell of TU.That caused the death of the biggest part of people.
